I needed to get an oil change done this week and ended up booking through Take 5. it was easy, and there were more appointment times open than I expected, even after work, which was nice because... yeah, my schedule is kind of all over the place. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is that when I got to the shop, they were still running a little behind. Not a huge deal or anything, just wasn’t quite on time

I felt a little misled because I was expecting it to be faster based on what was promised. That said, it was still quick overall, just not quite what I thought I was getting

The tech was really polite and easy to deal with, which I appreciated. It just took longer than I expected, so you might need to be patient if you're in a hurry.

I’ve used take5.com a handful of times, maybe two or three, and it’s felt legit so far. The info was clear enough, and I didn’t run into any strange issues with my booking. I’m not quite giving it 5 stars because the site was a bit slow one time, but overall I’d say it’s been a trustworthy experience.

I can't say it wasn't dirty, because the place definitely felt gross. It also didn't smell good at all, and I wasn't exactly comfortable sticking around.

Not gonna lie, the oil change was quick and easy, which I appreciated. The only downside was that they pushed the add-ons a bit too much for my liking. Overall, decent service, just wish it felt less salesy.

I got my oil changed at Take 5, and overall it was a solid experience. The only reason I’d say 4 stars instead of 5 is that the wait was longer than I expected, which is kind of funny since the whole point is that it’s supposed to be quick. Still, they were friendly, upfront, and easy to deal with, so I’d probably go back, even though I definitely expected to be in and out faster.

They explained everything well, and I only had to ask one follow-up question. Overall it was a decent experience, though I’m still not totally sure about the quality until I’ve had more time with it

I went to Take 5 for an oil change, and to be fair, it was quick. The staff seemed nice enough too, so I didn’t think much of it at first. But the next day I noticed oil spots on my driveway and my car had that burning oil smell, which made me question how carefully the job was done. I had to go back and wait again for them to look at it, and they said the cap was loose or something like that. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I definitely expected the oil change to be done right the first time.

Stopped in just to get my tire pressure checked, they got me in fast. The guy helping me was friendly and didn’t act like I was asking for some top-secret government file, which I appreciated. Took only a few minutes once I was up, though I do have to wonder what mysterious forces were slowing the line down before that. Overall, easy enough and no weird vibes.

Went in for an oil change and they topped off my fluids too. Washer fluid, coolant, everything looked good afterward and nothing was overfilled. It was quick, clean, and no random mess under the hood lol. Def a smooth experience

There’s a Take 5 right by my work, so I can swing in quickly without having to go out of my way. It’s a really handy location for me, and I’m sure other customers who work or live nearby feel the same way...

Everything was Fast and super easy. The guys were really nice too, which made the whole thing feel effortless.

Support did answer my questions and got the issue fixed, so overall I’m happy with the service. It took a little longer than I was hoping, and I did find myself wishing the instructions were clearer from the start, but they were helpful in the end...
